HollaDay VII Sponsorship Guidelines

As a Sponsor of BBSN's signature annual event, HollaDay, the organization will have a great opportunity to promote its business to hundreds of black college students while demonstrating its commitment to BBSN’s mission. Sponsorships for HollaDay must be received by Friday, August 28, 2009.



· T-Shirt Sponsor -- $1,000 and up (Limited to 2)

· Registration Area Sponsor -- $600 [Limited to 1]

· Supporting Sponsor -- $500

Important Caveat for Local/Small Businesses (Vendors): Provide local and small businesses with the standard sponsorship package. As a small/local business, any package they choose will also include a table at the HollaDay event. If they are willing to donate to BBSN, but are unable to afford any of the traditional packages, you may offer them a discount. Please note: the minimum donation to reserve a table at HollaDay is $150.

Benefactors—Associate members and foundations that support the mission of BBSN with annual sponsorships of $500 or more. BBSN Friends will be recognized on BBSN's online sponsor recognition page by name as well as a 50-word profile
