Be Happy, it’s Spring..

On my walk home today, I saw sign in a coffee shop window, “be happy it’s spring”. I couldn’t help but smile and think about the joy in my life. I am so thankful, for my health, my family and a sunny day after a long winter.

Seeing this sign for me was a simple reminder that no matter what is going on in my life, I should always find a reason, if not hundred to be happy. As my mom reminds me often find the joy in everything.
